The Spring cohort is now launched, deadline to apply is 22nd March
The Home Builders Federation and Pathway CTM are proud to launch their spring cohort of Women in Homebuilding. The programme has been running since 2023?and?offers a week of funded online training, followed by a two-week work placement as a trainee site manager at a local home building site. The spring programme will run from 5 to 22 May 2026. The deadline for this intake’s applications is Sunday 22 March.
Importantly, through the programme’s partnership with NHBC,?candidates are supported with childcare?and?travel costs throughout the placements. Another important detail is that candidates do not need prior construction experience to apply, and the programme is designed to help them meet employers and get their foot in the door for a potential management/specialised career.
