Charlotte McGrath – CEO – on our 2026 Summit & Awards

In May 2026, we hosted our annual Summit and Awards — brilliantly hosted by Ben Shephard — bringing together young people, employers, and policymakers to tackle youth unemployment head-on. The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, Pat McFadden, set out the scale of the challenge: over one million young people NEET and £2.5bn of Government funding behind a new Youth Guarantee. Employers and young people shared firsthand how quality work experience changes lives — and strengthens businesses.
